I have these relays across various circuits in my home, fans, lights, 3-way circuits and more. Had an issue with one of them thus far and it was swapped out under warranty.
No complaints. The Smartest House is also great about giving extensive advice on troubleshooting setup with a unique use case
I've started primarily using zooz devices because of the ease of setup, good documentation, and stability. This was no exception. Perfectly happy. I just ordered several of the double relay version.
I purchased 3 of the 700 series relays to replace some Zigbee relays that were highly unreliable. So far the Zooz relays seem more stable and offer way more flexibility within home assistant
My family likes the switches I've converted with the ZEN51 because they look, feel, and act like any other switch in the house. I do wish the three way wiring options were similar to models like the ZEN71 switch.
